Our clinicians evaluate erectile dysfunction (ED), premature ejaculation (PE), low libido, and symptoms that may be linked to underlying hormonal imbalances. Sexual performance concerns often have multiple contributing factors — vascular, hormonal, neurological, and psychological. A thorough consultation looks at the full picture rather than treating a single symptom in isolation. When appropriate, your provider may recommend lab work to evaluate testosterone, thyroid function, or other relevant markers before suggesting a treatment plan.
Treatment options
Depending on your evaluation, treatment options may include PDE5 inhibitors (such as sildenafil or tadalafil), topical therapies, or adjustments to medications that may be contributing to symptoms. For cases with a suspected hormonal component, treatment may involve coordinated care with our Hormone Optimization service. Not every patient is a candidate for every therapy. Your physician will discuss what is reasonable given your history, current medications, and goals.
The consultation process
You begin with a detailed intake that covers medical history, current medications, and the specifics of what you are experiencing. Your physician reviews this before your video visit. The consultation is a conversation — you describe what is going on, your provider asks clarifying questions, and the two of you work out a plan together. If prescriptions are part of the plan, they are sent to a pharmacy of your choice. Follow-up visits are scheduled based on the treatment selected and how you respond.
Privacy and discretion
Visits are conducted one-on-one by video. Records are kept within a HIPAA-compliant patient portal accessible only to you and your care team. Prescriptions are dispensed through licensed pharmacies in discreet packaging. Billing statements use a neutral descriptor.
